If you’re using Easy Digital Downloads on your site you should checkout an extension we built that integrates Segment and/or Customer.io — EDD Customer Segment.
Honestly Customer Segment isn’t complete, instead it’s a start for a great integration between these services. We built something that allows us to easily work with, adding new events are relatively easy, the hard part is figuring out what more we can add. That’s why I don’t think it will never be “complete”, instead it will grow just like Sprout Invoices keeps improving so often.
